The hotel
What is the difference between a Charming room and a Luxury room?
Our Luxury rooms have a view of the Saint-Omer golf course and offer more amenities than our Charme rooms, which have a view of the forest. Bathrobes and slippers are also provided in the room.
Do you have a car park?
Yes, we have a free car park for residents. It is closed by a gate and has video surveillance.
Do you have family or connecting rooms?
Yes, we can offer family rooms in Junior Suites only. The maximum we can accommodate is 2 adults, 2 children under 12 and a cot. Our rooms are not connected.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, the establishment is entirely non-smoking.
Do all rooms have a safe?
Yes, regardless of the category, you can store your valuables in your room.
Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost me?
No, only the Junior Suite rooms can accommodate 3 adults. We do not have an extra bed.
I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we can provide a baby kit including a cot, a changing mat, a small bathtub and a toilet potty on request and subject to availability.
Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have 3 rooms for disabled people and a lift.
Do you have a lift?
Yes, the hotel has a lift.
Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant open every evening and Sunday lunchtime, the Najeti Restaurant le Lodge; and a brasserie open every lunchtime, the Najeti Brasserie le Ristandèl.
The stay
What are the departure and arrival times?
Arrival is from 4 pm and departure until 12 noon.
Do you have a luggage store?
Yes, on request. We also have a bicycle and golf cart room.
Do you accept pets? What is the rate?
Yes, we like pets and accept them on a leash in the hotel and restaurant. The fee is €15 per night per pet.
Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.
What should I do if I forget something in my room?
You can contact our team who will send you the forgotten item in exchange for a delivery fee.

Is the spa private?
The wellness area is equipped with a sauna and a jacuzzi. The spa is shared and only accessible to hotel guests. It is not private. It is open from 15:00 to 21:00 and from 08:30 to 12:00. Closed on Monday morning for maintenance.
Do I need to book the spa?
Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, we set up time slots in one-hour increments. We open the schedule each day upon arrival. It is possible that other guests book the same time.
